    In this article about the second attack in Jerusalem by a E. Jerusalem Palestinian using construction equipment, Ms. Kershner describes only the Israeli view with a token mention of a Palestinian explanation which was completely refuted as false. She gave no explanation of what the driver's people and neighborhood are going through even though the police have labelled the event a terrorist attack.
