DOCUMENT: COMPLETE BREAK WITH
ROME. We, Supreme
Pontiff, Vicar of Christ, Successor of Saint Peter, Servant of the
Servants of God, Patriarch of Palmar de Troya.
COMPLETE
BREAK WITH ROME.
We, as Universal Doctor, wish to give a firm reply to certain
questions and suggestions of the faithful.
We clearly see that the hour of decision has struck; when we must
show that we are either with Christ or against Christ,
because it is impossible to swim in two seas, or to speak half yes
and half no, or to go on mixing truth with error.
We believe that the hour has struck, definitively to break with the
See of Rome, because that See is now under the rule of the Antipope John
Paul l. We know that in the Roman Curia there is a very important number
of members belonging to Masonry, Marxism, Socialism, Zionism and other
heretical sects. There is no
doubt, the Roman Curia ruled by the imposter John Paul 1, in the manner of
precursor, is preparing the way for Antichrist. We declare
to be Infallible Doctrine that the Church founded by our Lord Jesus Christ,
One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic, subsists in this Apostolic See of
Palmar de Troya, of which We, by the Infinite mercy of God, are the
Visible Head. We declare
to be Infallible Doctrine that there is one only true Church; and this,
the Church, is fulfilled in the Holy See of Palmar de Troya. We proclaim
the Infallible Doctrine, that the Apostolic See of Palmar de Troya,
believes, professes, confesses and declares; the Truth revealed by God is
the Truth which We preach. We
conserve the sacred deposit of Revelation, of Holy Tradition, of sound
Doctrine, the teachings of the abiding Magisterium of the Church, the
definitions of all the Holy Councils; and in fact, all the Doctrine taught
by Our venerated Predecessors. Therefore,
there is no doubt at all that the true and only Church is the Church of
Palmar de Troya, today the Apostolic See, provisionally installed in
Seville. Certain of
the faithful are asking if We would permit the faithful, in certain
circumstances, to take part in the Cults celebrated in the churches
subject to John Paul 1. Among
the circumstances, they have indicated some, such as the funeral of family
members or friends, marriages of similar persons, baptisms or other
functions. As Vicar of Christ
on Earth, with paternal regard for the good of the souls of those sheep
which the infinite mercy of God has committed to Our care, We must say
firmly y and categorically NO! Because,
all the Priests who celebrate the new rites of the Sacraments and are
subject to John Paul I are excommunicated; as in fact are all the faithful
united to Us who might take part in their cults. We, with the
authority with which We are vested, prohibit, what also We condemn, that
the faithful belonging to the Church of Palmar take part, spiritually,
physically, or in any manner whatsoever, in the cults of the followers of
John Paul 1, under pain of excommunication. We, as
Universal Doctor of the Church, forsee the gravest dangers it would
occasion the faithful if We authorized participation in the cults
mentioned above. Indeed, even
at funerals, baptisms, weddings, and other functions, the preachers of
today seize the opportunity of spreading false doctrine and real poison;
and thus the faithful taking part in these cults would be infected with
error. We, as
Master and guide of the Church, proclaim the total prohibition for Our
faithful and very beloved children to receive Sacraments from the hands of
Priests faithful to John Paul I. We wish to
recall for the faithful the following in the times of Gothic and Visigoth
Dominion in Spain, there reigned in Seville the great Saint Hermenegild,
son of the king Leovigild. King
Leovigild was Aryan. This
king wished to oblige his son Hermenegild to receive Communion from the
hands of an Aryan Bishop. The
King Saint Hermenegild, courageously confessing the true Christian
Doctrine, refused to receive Communion in those circumstances.
King Leovigild, in the face of his son's refusal, ordered him to be
tortured and killed. Saint
Hermenegild preferred the glory of a martyr's crown to Communion from the
hands of an excommunicated Bishop. We
urge you to meditate with true humility and docility the heroic and
virtuous example given above. We can see that in present circumstances of
confusion and apostasy, it is much more salutary to make acts of spiritual
Communion, with devotion and piety, repeatedly and as often as possible,
each and every day. We assure
you, pledging Our word as Vicar of Christ, that you will receive abundant
graces and divine assistance. Frequent
spiritual Communion! The Lord
will give you strength to attain virtues through the most powerful
intercession of the Most Holy Virgin Mary, Mother of God and our Mother. We desire to remind all the faithful that, during a
considerable time in the Church, frequent Sacramental Communion was not
possible; and the Church, our Mother, appointed certain few and special
days during the year. Those
were the times precisely when there were many Saints, and when good
Catholics frequently practised spiritual Communion, and eagerly looked
forward to the days that allowed one to receive Sacramental Communion.
These good Christians first would prepare themselves for receiving
worthily the Holy Eucharist; and this preparation was intense, lasting
weeks or months, with great penances, prayers, litanies, fasting and many
other sacrifices. Something
similar, we see today in these difficult times, for the faithful who do
not have the fortune to have Priests like ours.
For them and for many, there is the occasional pilgrimage to Palmer
de Troya. There they receive
the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar with great spiritual desire and after
great penitential preparation. We
give assurance, you who cannot receive the Sacraments by reason of holy
obedience, will not be lost. But,
if you live a truly Christian life, seeking not to offend God, count on
Our most generous indulgences. Do
not forget, very beloved children, that for being Vicar of Christ on Earth,
We have the Keys of the Kingdom of Heaven.
Be confident! We are
the good gatekeeper who, through the infinite mercy of God, and through
His Most Precious Blood poured out on Calvary, will open Heaven to you. We, as
Common Father of the Church, exhort you to make great sacrifices and do
much penance, in order that the Most Holy Virgin Mary, Mother of the
Church, send you all the Priests necessary for you to have the Sacraments. We are always disposed to send Priests where there are a good
number of the faithful. This
important work is going to be one of the greater preoccupations and
occupations of Our Pontificate. We
teach the obligation of loving Christ above all men.
He who does not love Christ more than he loves father, mother, wife,
children, family and so forth, is not worthy of the Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore there in no excuse possible, for family reasons, to
participate in cults celebrated by excommunicated Priests.
We wish to make clear to all the faithful, the total prohibition of
participating in cults, even if it be in our rites, if the Priest also
celebrate in the new Rites. We
declare again, We shall devote Our Pontificate to teaching true doctrine
and condemning false doctrine. We desire to
serve Christ and His Doctrine rather than ties of family and friendship.
We desire also to let it be seen that We, with the help of God and
His Most Holy Mother the Virgin Mary, are firm and unyielding. We, as
Universal Doctor of the Church, strike with excommunication, Cardinal
Albino Luciani, known everywhere as John Paul I, and We also excommunicate
all the followers of that Antipope. We desire to
let the faithful perceive a profound mystery regarding John Paul I.
First of all, he was not elected by the entire Cardinalate; it was
an incomplete Conclave, because the older Cardinals were not permitted to
cast their legitimate votes; and every Cardinal, while he lives, has full
right to enter the Conclave, with the exception of the mentally
incapacitated. Secondly, many
millions the world over were able to observe the confusion occasioned by
the emissions of smoke. In
the morning, first black smoke. Five minutes later, white smoke.
Yet they obstinately went on electing, when God clearly was showing
the world that the true Vicar of Christ was in Seville. Thirdly, in the emissions of smoke in the evening, it was
like a veritable tower of Babel. For
about forty minutes there went up black smoke, dark grey smoke, light grey
smoke, and an obvious white smoke. In
the history of Papal Conclaves, there has never been anything like this
confusion of smoke. Fourthly,
We believe that, providentially, John Paul I has renounced the ceremony of
being crowned, since it was not logical to crown him when We Our self
already had been crowned. Fifthly, he has renounced the use of the Sacred
Tiara, exalted symbol of the Papal Powers, spiritual and temporal; as also
he has renounced the use of the Sedia Gestatoria.
Speaking ironically, We have the apparent obligation to thank the
Antipope John Paul I for not using that which belongs to Us. We exhort
all the faithful to offer prayer and penance in order that many
traditionalists, not yet with us, open their eyes to see the reality of
the facts. Given in
Seville, at the Apostolic See, the 8th. of September, Feast of the
Nativity of the Virgin Mary, of the year of Our Lord Jesus Christ
MCMLXXVIII. With Our
Apostolic Benediction. Gregory XV11
