The best XP designator for Windows 9X/ME with the XP boot logo(animated!) and fully (Windows 9X OPTIMIZED!) 16/256 color icons ...
There are 2 versions: a fully colored (152 kBytes) and a mini version with 16 color icons only, which is much more a nice icon replacemenet for the old 9x windowses ...

This soft was tested on both color and mono monitors ...
IMPORTANT!

There are 3 BIG differences between Other nice softwares or XP themes,
and this little package:
1)-They are NOT! optimized for Windows 9X ICON DISPLAY -
because their icons have not been redrawn to "emulate" the
XP's nice BLUR effect that is applied to the XP icons !
2)-They have 256 and True color icons only -
therefore they have not the same design effect at lo color:
16 or 256 color desktop resolutions.
3)-They are much bigger and a little more instable too...
(sorry...)
XP (Design) has nicely redrawn 16 and 256 color icons,
it is pretty small and stable on most systems...
