| OK. So what's 'loligo' mean? loligo is the scientific name of one of my favorite organisms... An invertebrate to reconed with.. A member of the cephalopods... Mollusk extraordinaire... The Squid! |

| Just where does one come up with such a strange username. It's not so strange, really. My usual username is loligo...but that was taken. So I added 'paleo' to the front, since I'm a paleontologist. | |||||||||||||

| I have a little cartoon squid that I like to draw on most everything. Also, I have found that 'squid' is a good filler word, when other more powerful explatives might be inappropriate. |
