Jedi Outcast:
The "Roll Over"
Ever noticed how when you knock someone down with a force push, you can't really hit them with your lightsaber?  And if you do, it takes like 10 swings to do it.  Here's what to do:  when someone's knocked over, run toward them with your saber out.  When you get close, hit the crouch button to roll (also, you have to be in third person view for it to work).  You end up sawing off their leg with one quick move!

Re-spawning heads
It's only happened about five times, but when I cut some guy's head off, it falls to the floor, but there's another head that's still on the guy's body.  Freaky huh?
2 heads, one body.

Kill n' throw
note that this works best when force push and/or force pull are at level 3.  When you hack someone down, it takes a while for them to fall down so you can walk over them.  With this trick, you can avoid that delay.  Simply slash and hit force push at the same moment (or as close as you can get it).  The otherway works better and is a great way to kill dark jedi, reborn, etc.  first, turn on saber realisitic combat (hold shift and hit ~, then type "devmapall", enter, then "g_saberrealisticcombat 5")
then, with your light saber out, use force pull on an enemy.  If it works, they'll fly past you and get sliced up along the way.
Eternal fall/wiggling cadaver
Maybe it's just me, but it seems that whenever I kill someone near a control panel, they flloat over it and wiggle back and forth.  Sometimes when they get thrown off a cliff onto one (and sometimes on other sufaces), they flail their arms and legs back and forth like they're still falling though they've already hit the ground.
Rabid Jedi
I once used the "NPC spawn" cheat to make, like, 20 jedi knights to do the fighting for me on Bespin Streets. However, much to my dismay, soon after killing the rodian and gran assaultants, they yelled out about protecting the academy and killed the police officers that were helping me.  Then they started killing each other, and soon, me.

Tips
So many glitches, so little time.  Where to start is a good question.  First off, you fall through non-extistant cracks in the sidewalk and plummet your death.  Next, you scream even though you blown to pieces.  The adio track is screwed up, and your lightsaber goes through walls without so much as a mark.
U smell like crap
Doesn't really affect the game, just makes it more entertaining.  In Mos Espa, go to the Dung Worm salesman, by the two green jerks who stab you with their guns.  Walk in his dung worms (the stuff in front of him) until he tells you to leave.  Now people will make rude remarks as you pass them by.
