Dear Sir,

My name is Dozsa Pal and I was born in the 20 January in Hungary Szeged. Since 1958 when I have been implanted in Budapest, without my knowledge, I have been used by the occult led military research as a human guinea pig in military research.

The research, which is American Military and NATO protected is extremely important, but the fact that every implanted human being can be killed, made mentally and physically ill, put into a trance state where he or she will follow hypnotic suggestions against their will, is an intolerable situation. Particularly nowadays when the implanting can be done with an ordinary looking injection without the person suspecting that he become a puppet without will, with his thoughts controlled and changed by the research centre cybernetic computer.

The effect of beamed energy on the human body is deserving of the highest levels of understanding and accountability. Regarding electromagnetic weapons, Professor Steven Metz of the U.S. Army War College has said, "We need an open debate on them now." (Singapore Straights Times. July 18, 1997.) 

1976 by Norman Kempster entitled "Mind Reading Machine..."; "Scientists working under agency contracts at the University of Illinois, UCLA, Stanford, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Rochester, and in laboratories at other facilities have been able to determine an individual's alertness from his own brainwaves... 

It may be only a matter of time before the machines will be able to read a person's brainwaves to determine just what he is thinking." Mind control technology has been described since the 1960s and it is logical to conclude that the Former Soviet Union and the U.S. would conduct research on its military use. 

From Military Review (official publication of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College) article on "The New Mental Battlefield" Lt. Col. John B. Alexander, U.S. Army, and Ph.D. "(Soviet) mind-altering techniques, designed to impact on an opponent are well-advanced. The procedures employed include manipulation of human behaviour through the use of psychological weapons effecting sight, sound, smell, temperature, electromagnetic energy, or sensory deprivation." He further stated, "Soviet researchers, studying controlled behaviour, have also examined the effects of electromagnetic radiation on humans and have applied these techniques against the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.

A similar analogy would be the Manhattan Project, the U.S. government program to build the atomic bomb. The project used the highest of national security precautions, and few knew of its existence. Mind control technology is the currently classified weapons program and national security methods are even more entrenched and developed.


I am sixty-one years old. I was born in Hungary Szeged in the 20th January 1940. I spent most of my life as a research subject of military research.

I have been implanted in 1958 in Budapest and become a research subject of the Warsaw Pact Military Research.

The knowledge of the Hungarian Research is extremely advanced. Some of their knowledge includes:

1) To harmonize or disharmonise the implanted research subjects subtle energy field. That means the researchers can cure sickness before it manifest itself in the human body.

Since 1958 I did not have taken any medicine, painkiller, or sleeping pill. They have been replaced with harmonizing electromagnetic waves and hypnotic suggestions. The way of the communication is Budapest Research Centre, satellite, and my implant.

2) They can read the implanted subjects mind, ergo; they can process the thoughts of the implanted subjects!

The way probably is human thought wave, implant, satellite, and the cybernetic computer in Budapest.

3) The researchers can dominate the implanted subjects mind, and control their body.  They can provide high levels of consciousness, health and europhia in the subjects.

Also they can kill or torture any of the implanted human beings, or can make us mentally or physically ill. They established for the implanted research subjects the complete dependence for the standard of living on the Centre's cybernetic computer. I am a chess master, the standard of my play is absolutely depends on the Hungarian Centre. If they put me in a high level of consciousness, something simular to when the Holy Spirit is poured upon a Christian man, I play like a grandmaster. If they run interference with my thought process, like as it possible to run interference to a radio station, I play like an amateur.

These knowledge has to be widely known, has to be discussed by respectable forums. Strict guidelines of control have to be established through United Nations.

Please contact me if you have any say in this matter!



One more thought: The implanting can be done nowadays by an ordinary injection. Therefore sensors should be available to show who received implant without his or her knowledge. The number of that people would be surprisingly large.

I wrote twice last year to the Human Right commission. Apart polite acknowledgment and the promise of further investigation of the matter nothing happened. As the matter is extremely important for the benefit of human freedom and health I expect more to be done this time.

I am risking my life and health by writing this letter. 

Please let me know what you are going to do about these matters. I would suggest that you people offer me the opportunity that the implanting to be acknowledged officially and the possibility of the removal of it organised by your organization. We would need very sensible military sensors to show the existence of the implant.

I sent the copy of this letter to various media outlets.

Hello Cheryl,

It is good to hear from you again. 

Your latest letter has some powerful information in
it. In my opinion one way to overcome the problems
that the military and occult research outstanding and
secret knowledge represent is to make it public
knowledge. The forces that want to use it to achieve
power over the rest oh human kind will oppose this
vigorously, using excuses as national interest, to
avoid panic reactions by public, ect. just to name a
few.

In the ABC television a show just finished, named
Aftershock. 
AFTERSHOCK takes a fresh slant on the amazing, and
sometimes shocking, new technologies that are just
around the corner. But it's not just a show about
technology - it's about the effects these alarming
breakthroughs will have on everyday life. 

I sent your e-mail to the presenter of the show
Richard Fidler. It also went through the ABC
television scientific department. They are people who
are not afraid to openly discuss controversial
subjects, and also they are difficult to put under
pressure by anyone because they represent the free and
democratic Australian press.

One of my aims is bit by bit to inform you the extent
of the control of the Hungarian Military has over my
body and mind.



I told you they perfectioned the method to completely
control every muscle in the human body. That includes
the bowel, or intestines, and the urinal canal. They
can tighten or loosen these muscles to any extent.
Therefore your bowel movements are completely
controlled by the cybernetic computer, including you
passing gas. That means that they can cause a great
deal of discomfort or release by controlling your gas,
urine and bowel movements.

On the humorous note, the research, with it’s control
of muscles would make the world most fantastic
gynaecologist to assist harmonious, painless and
relaxed childbirth.

I live a reasonable content and happy life. Quite a
few people suggested that I am lucky to be alive
because of my activities to bring secret knowledge and
manipulation to the attention of fellow human beings.
The similarity of your work makes me respect you and
your organization a great deal.

Still I suggest that you be careful as much as
possible, as powerful opposition exist in various
levels of society.

In my opinion modern science should be creating the
social conditions capable of offering to everyone
possible a live worthy of a human being.

Enjoy every bit of your life that you can, and fight
like a tigress for your’s, mine, and everyone rights
to live a dignified life.

The outstanding knowledge of military research about the levels of

human consciousness, the manifestation of implanted

human beings thoughts, the interaction with the human

beings subliminal energy fields, creating harmonized

bio-fields (health) or disharmonised bio-fields

(sickness or death) is so important that is has to be

widely known and controlled through the United Nations.

The danger is that organizations with hunger for power

like political, or spiritualist ect. will try to misuse

that knowledge to enslave the human race..
