From that point, my collection grew. Garbage is another important band to me. The song Only Happy When it Rains is one of my all time favorite songs. Both of their CD's I can listen from front to back without having to skip any tracks. The vioce of Shirley Manson is definately one of the most, hmm sexual and soothing singing voice I have ever heard.
About Korn, I really like them. They have kick ass songs with a kick ass beat to it and the occasional bagpipe sound. Freak on a Leash and Blind are definately two songs I really love.
Lots of Dinosaur Jr. in my collection. There is just something about their songs. The are sad at times, but they are tunes I truely identify with. I wish I had a chance to see them in concert, but they are no longer together.
Alice in Chains Unplugged, I saw it on TV and I had to get their albums and this particular concert.
Tool, another great band who continues to rock to this day. I am glad they are still around because I am sick of these pop boy and girl bands that I wish would just disappear.
Papa Roach is great. I am not all that much into rap/rock hybirds, but this band did it well.
Casual Blue is a great local band in the New Jersey area. I highly recommend that you check them out or try to get a hold of a couple of their songs.
7-Minds is a nother great local band that plays sca. They do a great cover of Copacabana.
There4 is my newest addition to my collection. I just saw them at a Battle of the Bands contest and they won. They definately got the crowd going. They only released two songs, but I am eagerly waiting for their release of their full length CD.
Finally Gate. This band is my all time favorite. They were a local band and their song style is something I never heard of and it was definately new. I am glad I had the opportunity to see them a couple of times before the broke up early last year.
