Tuesday October 17th 2000 Hello, its been a while. I guess from looking at my guest book no one has been here anyways...LOL. I guess there must have been people here by looking at the counter, it says over 12 hundred people visitied but not one signed the guest book...haha figures... I decided to get rid of the counter because it was just making me mad, because no one was signing the guest book.... I guess with out the counter I can just assume that no one is stopping by, rather than thinking no one will sign...haha Things are going well. I am busy as always, but I would not have it any other way. I guess its been way too long since I have updated this journal. I am sorry but like I said no one is reading it anyway...hehe so who am I apologizing to...? Well there have been some pretty big things happen lately. First off I lost a good friend on the interent to cancer. I hate to say it but his passing may have been merciful. I hated to lose him here to talk to, but at the same time, I realize that he was in great amounts of pain and that is over for him now. He was only 17 years old and really should have had a longer life, but the way he lived and touched the people around him and online who knew him, I guess its fair to say he lived a very full life.... In his own way... and on his terms. the club is going well and is still thriving. I am getting ready to add a few new members to it soon, if they want to join it that is. I guess I should say I am ready to send out a few invitations. Its good to add a few new members every now and then to keep things lively. Its a tough thing though, when you have something good its tough to tinker with it because you dont want to mess it up, and yet at the same time you dont want to let it go stale either and you dont want to miss out on meeting some people who could be good friends to me or someone else in the club... My Social life is going well but as you know I dont put much on this site about that. I guess its just a private thing to me for the most part. I do tend to share a little about it in the club, but thats because its people I know and trust and people who would care about it anyway... Work is going well and I have my own house now (leased) and may be moving into a better place soon. I may sub lease this one to a girl who works for my family and move into a place thats a little more expensive but much nicer... I think I have said before in this journal that I live in gainesville Fla now...haha geez I have been here for like quite a few months now so I hope I have mentioned it.... My dogs are doing well and getting really big...(Masitiffs...) I will have to put up some pics of them again soon. I seem to have lost touch with some of my friends on the net recently. I guess its just the way of life or something. I dont know if its because I got so busy there for a while or if its because they have gotten really busy, but I think any friendship is worth a good fight to keep so I am gonna take some time and start writing to people who I have lost contact with... I have been going out to some clubs in gainesville lately...woo hoo. I have made a few friends in the area so its a little more fun than going out by myself...(by far)... I am going to Orlando this weekend to Halloween horror nights at universal studios or paramount or something like that...hahaha I guess you can tell I didnt plan the trip huh...LOL well I am going to try to keep up on this a little better. I have devoted one night a week to chatting in the club and will try to do this page before the chat on that night. I guess it should be updated on wed every week from now on... of course today is tuesday so I will start to do the real weekly thing next week which will be the 24th or 25th something like that of october... cya then... |
