| Ok so if you are anything like me you are thinking Ugh an internet club...right? Well let me assure you this is nothing like what you have seen before. It is a group that is made up of diverse people on the net who have come together as friends. I think we have been going strong now for a little over a year maybe 13 months and a few days. I guess I have invited most of the people in the club so its kinda a prejudiced thing for me to say that its full of really good people. I mean they are all friends of mine in some form. I am a little prejudiced I guess. I have known many of them for over a year and some for as much as two years (when I first got on the net). I guess you can look at it this way. You can chat and meet new people every day and then be forgotten by them totally in a week or you can make some friends in a club or group that may stick with you for years. I know that I email back and forth with some of the members in the club on a pretty regular basis and its like having another friend to talk things out with sometimes. Well its not "like" that it is that... I am kind of selective as to who becomes a member of the club, because as I said before its a diverse group and I dont want anyone in the group who is gonna single out someone else over a difference whether it be race, religion, sexual orientation, age or any other type of prejudice.... If you feel that you would be a good person to have in the club or are interested in talking about it, please feel free to email me and we can make sure its for you, and I will send you an invitation as long as you can come into the group with out any judgements on the other members... Like I said these people are my friends and you would not want me making your freinds feel bad about themselves would you.... ? Yeah I am the same way!! The club does have a topic each day where the members get to answer and get to know each other better. This really benefits the new members more than the older members because they already kind of know each others answers before they even see them...LOL but thats because they have grown to know each other. They dont always agree, but they do respect each others rights to their opinions... We of course have a photo section in the club as well so that the members can post updated pics of themselves and the new members can put up pics of themselves. Its not a requirement but alot of people have posted their pics (real ones too...woo hoo) so that the others can know who they are talking to and what everyone looks like. Its not really a club based on look, everyone has an equal say...they even let me pipe in from time to time...LOL Like I said feel free to email me if you would like to know more about the club...
