?Holy Light

Come night, come day be led astray
By darkness spies and evil lies.

Come might, come fight with holy light
To pierce the darkness and blind with sight.

To the evil you shall not yield
For righteousness is your shield
And the evil you shall smite
With your holy light.
The Vagrant Soul

I am a vagabond on the road of life
I know nothing aside misery and strife.

I have seen many a sight, and fought many a fight
I know of wrong and I know of right
I know of darkness and I know of light

I am cursed forever to roam
Never knowing of this place called home.

Fate has been truly cruel to me
I try to fight, I try to flee
I try to escape my destiny.

Forever will I roam the earth
Unable to determine my worth
I cannot find this place called home
But still I search and still I roam.
The Gate

Open the gate to a world long gone
Open the gate to a world filled with song

Open the gate to a realm filled with wonder
Open the gate to a realm torn asunder

Open the gate and follow the guide
Open the gate and step inside

Open your mind and these places you'll find
Open the gate and determine your worth
Open the gate with courage and step forth
Somewhere in between a memory and dream

What is the meaning of all things here?
What is the purpose of all you hold dear?
The answer lies within,
But to finish, we must first begin.

To seek the truth you first must find
A reason sound in body and mind
Beware the falsehoods and the pretenses
They can cloud your mind, and senses.

Life is a journey, it is a path
The answer lies beyond the sorrow and wrath

Somewhere in between a memory and dream
Beware, not all is as it may seem
Traps and perils await you on your path
Be sure to sidestep them, or face the aftermath

You sure you're ready for the answer?
What you think is the cure, may also be the cancer
But if you're sure you want to know
Gather your courage,wits and go.
Unrelenting

A warrior betrayed
A decision he made
To do what is right, no matter the cost
No matter the price, no matter the loss

Even if it meant fighting a friend
Even if he must wander without end
He would do what is just
He would do what he must

He would not give up the fight
He would not abandon right

His sword he would wield
'Til it lies broken on the field
As he lay dying, he would never yield
Suffering

For my sins, I must atone
The price of evil is to be alone.
Desiring nothing but power
But when you have it, it's taste is sour
Not the sweetness which you'd dreamed
Nothing is what it  had seemed

No respect, only fear
No praises will you hear
And no one that holds you dear
The sparkling gold, soon does dim
Not filling the emptiness, which you feel within
The sapphires and diamonds lose their shine
No longer does it matter that they are mine
For I will be lonely till the end of time

Despite what others may believe
I do not like to decieve
I have a heart, and it's not made of ice
I have a conscience, will that suffice?
I am human, I have a soul
Even though it's as black as coal
The Black Wind

The black wind blows all over the land,
Over the forests and over the sand.

I hear its moans
I hear its screams
It chills my bones
And haunts my dreams

I hear it shriek, I hear it howl
As bleak as death within its cowl.
I hear it laugh, I hear it bay.
Searching the darkness to find its prey.

No one can run,
No one can hide.
In darkness or sun,
In forest or countryside.

The black wind cheers and devours my fears.
I pray in vain, to escape the pain.
But it's too late, to escape my fate.
