Joining the Inethria Paladic Order
In order to join the Order you must abide by the following steps in exact order.

1) Must be an active member of KoI in good standing for a minimum of one month. During this time individual
MUST display a basic knowledge of all the virtues as well as a dedication to following them. Remember as someone showing an interest you are not yet educated enough or tutored enough to emanate a fully recognized Paladin. (I.E. NO USE OF THE CHIVALRY SKILL AT THIS TIME)

2) After that month is up, post on the forums your out-of-character wish to join the Order. It is also recommended, but not required, to do an in-character post around this as it will help establish a basis for your character development as well as a gauge for others to interact to you.

3) If you are already a member of the army you must use your current chain of command. Inform them of your intentions and make a request to be dismissed to follow these intentions. Consider long and hard at this point. If you are refused at any stage beyond this you may not have a place within the army to return to, or may return at a reduced rank or status.

4) During the next open Court held by the Council and Mayor, you must present yourself before them and make your wishes known and request leave to speak with the Patriarch.

5) Upon the next meeting with (or request a meeting with) the Patriarch, the member must petition for admittance into the Order as an initiate.

This may seem a bit of a task but it has its purposes. The process has been made this way not to only insure that the Paladic Order is for you, but also that you are what the Order needs. It is no way meant as a slight if one is refused. There may be many reasons or circumstances that may limit who and how many the Order can have. As things change so may your admittance. Every Paladin
IS an individual with vast difference in experience and upbringing. This allows for each one to have some differences or quirks about them. Try to develop your own Paladin as such and not emulate others in their every action. Your actions need to always reflect your belief and dedication to the virtues first and foremost, while staying within the laws and rules of the Kingdom and Order. The Paladic Order is not for everyone. Though it may seem appealing at first one must keep in mind that while other divisions of the Inethria military can allow for slips or discrepancies in their codes and rules the Paladins do not. You can and will be removed and demoted to basic army footman and have to begin your service anew with the current army Captain if need be. If you are interested in the Paladic Order for the perks, go elsewhere. We do not want you in our ranks. Believe it when it is said, if this is your motivation for petitioning you will be eventually found out and the result will not be pretty. Ego and competition need be left at the door, if you can't...don't let the door bruise your arse on the way out.

From the first moment you make known your interest in the Order you WILL be under the eyes of those controlling admission.
