1. Please specify the field structure, character length, etc.
2. Specify the software platform.
3. Fax or mail us a sample packet for a trial processing.
4. Indicate volume of work and finalize fee structure.
5. Give us a time frame for capturing the work.

Our service charge varies depending upon the type and quantity of the work. It also varies on the basis of the number of punching required. Hence, we are able to quote our rate only after getting the specifications and the sample. However, we assure you that our rates will be one of the most competent one in the world! This is because we value long-term relationship rather than short-term profit.

The terms we generally adopt for the contract include the following:

• The material for data entry to be delivered to Pak Data Entry Services (P.D.E.S.) at party's expenses.
• Processed data will be sent to the party by electronic mail and through floppy diskettes.
• The data entry material will be sent to the party without any damage after completion of the work at P.D.E.S’s expenses.
• P.D.E.S. will keep processed data only for a period of maximum of 60 days and after that all data will be destroyed without any further intimation.
• Work will be completed within the period specified in the contract.
• 25% of the total service charge should be sent in advance before starting the work (by way of Crossed Cheque or Demand Draft in favor of Pak Data Entry Services, Lahore, Pakistan). Another 25% of the total service charge to be sent after completion of 50% of the work. Rest of the amount is to be paid within one month of completion of the total work.
• In case of any discrepancies or complaints, the amount paid by the party will be returned after deducting the expenses incurred.
• All complaints, irrespective of the nature, are to be forwarded to: Mr. Hanif of  (Pak Data Entry Services, Data Processing Division) within 20 days of the completion of the work.

As stated earlier, we have been in the business of data entry/data processing for the last 3 years and hence we are competent enough to handle all types of bulk data entry work. We have been doing the work of Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Askari Bank Limited, etc.
