Paris Glendening, Governor of Maryland awarded the Pakistan Association a citation in appreciation of the Association's outstanding services to the citizens of the state. This award was presented on behalf of the Governor by Judge Chung Pak, Co-Chair MCP steering Committee and Commissioner for Asian Americans, at a dinner hosted for the Multicultural Community Partnership on October 26, 2000. Judge Pak also presented a similar individual award to Mr. Mohammad Siddique, a trustee of the Pakistan Association.
