Toucan Sam's File

This is one of the most known cereal criminals and also the most destructive! He has been charged with vandalisme and other crimes of the sort. This picture was taken at 11:16 pm. where it shows someone vandalising public property. This crime will not go unpunished.

We have managed to capture the suspect, Toucan Sam, the next morning but since we had nothing against him, we had to let him go...Knowing that he was indeed the one. If you are a witness please help us regain custody over this heartless bird and bring justice once again.
