IMPORTANT POINTS TAKEN DURING THE LAST EXCOM MEETING:
Date of Meeting: 29Mar01 at 7:30-11:00pm
Place: Silvercord, Tsimshatsui

1. The RSVP verbal confirmation of all individual guests for the 'Launching Program' shall be submitted on or before 7Apr01. Please call Jom (PRO).

2. Payments for the gathering shall be submitted on or before 20Apr01 to the treasurer. Please call Ferdie. Jom (PRO) will advice the fee.

3. Dress code: FORMAL ATTIRE.

3. Next EXCOM Meeting will be on 6Apr01. General Meeting will be after launching program.

4. Robert Dy will distribute the invitation cards starting 3Apr01.

5. Planning seminar were discussed and plan to start seminar on second Saturday evening of May01. Objective of the seminar is too teach and enhance members on Project Management Techniques (i.e.Basic, Advance & Contract Management) and the use of a powerful Project Management Tool (i.e. Primavera System).
