Extremely Important Notice to all Ladies
----- There are lots of talk about Ladies' Bras, Sizes, Types, Colours, Looks, etc., but I think that you Ladies seem to forget about one type of Bras which is known to cause Lumps, Tumours & Cancers and it is called Underwire Bras. So many ladies like it as it is beautiful, it show part of your breasts, it pushes up your breasts, it squash your breasts, it confines and holds your breasts very thigh, It's fancy looking, the choices of colours is better, for its tiny narrow straps, the narrow sides, the narrow backing, etc.

Here is the DANGER of wearing Underwire Bras: " This type of Bras cuts your Mammary Gland, cuts your Lymphatic and Blood circulatory System off in your breasts and consequently, they put the three systems at a stand still( at risk), causing Pain, Lumps, Cysts, Tumours and later on, turning into Cancer. You could even get absess. Over 95% of Ladies are wearing the wrong Size and the wrong Types of Bras, including those Underwire Type Bras. It seems that all Ladies just go on to the store and try on different size and different types of bras and they just buy what they feel or what seems to be OK and it is wrong. Other ladies are wearing no bra at all or a camisole to restrain their breasts and it is very bad. You should get measured properly and I say properly. Not by some department store worker and / or clerk who work in any of those stores. It takes a very knowledgeable person in that field. It takes 8 measurements for ladies with size "D" cup and up and 6 measurements with "AA" cup to "C" cup. Almost no people know about these measurements as it is only for Bra specialists. I do know as I have made researches, studies and took a course in the matter. ----- If you happen to walk anywhere outside, you will notice most Ladies walking who are wearing the wrong Size and the wrong Types of Bras, by first noticing the ladie's breasts sagging down, bouncing up and down, the breasts are pushed outward, the breasts are squashed down and spread wide, the breasts on their sides of the bra are bulging out, the breasts are resting on the ladies' abdomen, the bra straps are digging in the ladies' shoulders( showing an incavation). Try lifting both of your arms up and see what your underwire bra does. It lift up showing underneath your breasts as your underwire bra does not support your breasts anymore. It is very bad for your breasts. Have you ever seen round breasts? Well, the underwire bra does this and it is abnormal. Breasts are not round. You will notice at the back that the bra is aching way way up, the back support of the bra is very narrow and has about 2 and if lucky, maybe 3 hooks. Ladies, with "AA" to "C" size cup, should have 3 hooks but Ladies, with size cup "D" and up, should have 5 hooks and no less. I know that you have to look around a lot to find the better bras but Ladies, it is for your own health and it is very important. Aren't you worth it? By looking around for the best Bra and by not wearing those badly fitted bras, you are forcing the Bra Manufacturing Companies to make the best type bras and the most comfortable type bras. If you wear what they make, you are encouraging and inviting them to continue making bad bras.
----- If you want to buy a very good and the most comfortable type Bra, you should look for the following:
. It is well put together at the seams & is possible, with seamless cups;
. Has some padding and / or very well padded for your comfort and protection;
. Has nice wide shoulder straps;
. Has a wide band under the cups, no underwire;
. Has very good side support with double lining, no wire;
. Has a high & wide back support;
. Has as many hooks as possible in the back;
. For Ladies with size "D" cup and up, you should look at the front fastening type bras as they have a very wide back support and has 8 hooks( the 18 hours Bra ). ( WonderBra has it all for you. )

" Most Ladies will buy a Bra which they think will fit just by trying it on but if you buy one that is one size bigger and I mean 36 instead of 34 or 40 instead of 38 or choose any other sizes, your breasts will be pushed outward(toward your arms) as a bigger bra will have more space between your breasts and spreading your breasts outward ". Many of the problems you ladies have, are: " because the shoulder straps are small & stopping the blood circulation & cutting the lymphatic system, so ladies are always scratching between their shoulders and their neck, picking at the sides and / or bottom of their bras to release the discomfort, reajusting the shoulder straps, bringing back up the pulled down the shoulder straps from the shoulders, pulling down the bra portion at the back of the bras which has arched way up, etc. Aren't you tired of this ladies?
