Gastro-Intestinal Problems
Most people who gets that problem, are people who do not cook the meat they eat properly or they take frozen meat and let it thaw out on the counter which bacteria will get on that meat and there you go, the problems start.
Meat should always be thaw out from the freezer to the fridge and than, cook or baked at 450 degrees for 30 minutes first to kill the bacteria and than normal cooking or baking.
When you choose the meat at a market and / or any meat store, make sure that is was not thaw out first and left in the temperature of the place as it will give you gastro-intestinal problems. If you do buy some frozen meat at any meat store and it is frozen, you should first let it thaw out in your fridge and not on the counter before cooking or baking it.
