This Information is to inform people on how to use a Walking Cane

When having an injured leg, a broken leg, a sprained ankle, a broken ankle or a broken foot and the way to use a cane, is to use it on the side of the injury and not on the other side as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc. are instructing their patients and so many other peopel think it should be on. So, don't believe these professionals who are trying to keep you hopping longer than needed.

Look at it this way. If you would want to take some weight of that leg, would you not use that cane to do it on that side and not put your whole weight on it? By putting the cane on the injured side, you are taking between 25% to 75% of your weight off that injured leg which will help relieve most of your pain.

Isn't better this way than putting your whole weight on your Injured Leg?
