My wife had been getting extremely severe migraines since I do not remember when and she had to hide herself in our
bedroom with the curtains closed to keep it dark, a wet and cold towel on her forehead and no noise at all for days. I
could see she really was hurting and was not able to do anything about it until 3+ years ago when I learned Acupressure
techniques to relieve Headaches and Migraines. I started using those techniques on her and started relieving her headaches
and / or Migraines. She really felt good as her pains were going away and did not come back as strong as before until I
started doing Massage Therapy and using special Dislocated and / or pinched nerve techniques to relive her pains. To this
day, she had not been having any real headaches and / or migraines. Whenever she gets a beginning of a headache and / or
migraine, she tell me and I apply all of the techniques to relieve her pains and it is done in minutes. The pains are gone.
Let's start with the technique as follow:
First, Sit Down, Relax, Close your eyes and follow this technique:
1. Take your right thumb and put it as far in the crease, between your left index finger and your thumb of your left
hand. Where both of your bones meet but not on the bones. Only on the meaty part.
2. Use your middle finger and put it on the opposite side of your thumb in your left hand. If that area between your
thumb and index finger is small, reverse your thumb and your middle finger. Put your thumb under and your middle finger on
top.
3. Make sure your do not dig in those two areas. Use the pad of the finger and thumb to apply constant pressure toward
each other. The pressure has to be a bit hard for it to work.
4. Keep this pressure from 5 up to 15 min. Depending on how long it will take for your headache / migraine to go away.
If the headache is away but you still have some sensitivity of a headache / migraine in that area, do not worry as it
will go away after a little while. Keep your eyes closed and keep the pressure for about an other minute. Before getting
up,stay sitting down for a few more minutes. When you stand up, do it slow and for the next half an hour, do not do any
work, lifting, bending, climbing, etc. Just relax to give yourself a chance to loose the end of this headache / migraine.
5. If later on, the need arise to do this technique again, do a 5 min. term to stabilize your headache / migraine.
6. If you have somebody who can do this technique for you, have them do both hands at the same time which speeds up the
process and relieves the headache / migraine.
This is not a permanent relief for your headache / migraine as you may have further problems such as: � some
dislocated and / or pinched nerves in your upper back which
may cause this headache / migraine �. These nerves will have to be reset. If I were you, I would make an appointment
with an Osteopath and / or a Chiro for the resetting of your upper back nerves. In that order.
