The Sailor Hateshi are the eldest Sailors in the history of the universe, almost as old as Cosmo herself. The Hateshi were created to judge those who will die or not die...or for events to happen or to not happen. There is some speculation that the Crisis of the Planet was caused by them just because they themselves wished not to kill off all of humanity and created the force Meteor many eons ago...
