When Ashlee started her business, she took off with a sense of urgency. The only problems was she didn't know how to get her business going. "I called some Leaders in FreeLife and asked how I could build my business with two young children at home and one on the way." everyone told Ashlee the same thing: Be consistent and make daily contacts. Ashlee immediatly put this advice into action and in less than a year, she was Royal Ambassador.
"Although most of my time is now devoted to helping my team, I am always personally enrolling new people to lead by example and to keep the business fresh and new." When Ashlee brings in new people, she wants them to feel a sense of urgency. "The first thing I do is focus on that person's goal."
Ashlee says one way to get someone on the path to success is to immediatly do three-way calls with them until they feel comfortable on their own. "I feel it is important to build a new person to the Director level with urgency so it will set the pace for how fast their enrollments will build." People duplicate what you do, so Ashlee gets them to share Himalayan Goji Juice as soon as possible. "If I had not put an emphasis on buidling fast, I know that I would not be where I am today."
Ashlee knows that success cannot be achieved on your own and she would like to thank the people who helped make her the successful business woman she is today. "First I wanna thank Ray Faltinsky and Kevin Fournier for the FreeLife opportunity. They don't realize the impact they are having on my family's life, but I want them to know how grateful we are to have this opportunity." Ashlee also wants to thank her FreeLife enrollers -- her parents Weldon and Elaine Shirey. "I want to thank my dad for the invaluable training he has given me. I want to thank my mom for pushing me and teaching me how to prospect." Ashlee continued, "I also want to thankmy FreeLife team. Without those great leaders, I would be nothing. I look forward to helping everyone achieve their goals." And most importantly, Ashlee wants to thank her family. "Dan, my husband, has been supportive and shared with my FreeLife Family. Eli, Ashton, and Levi have had to share their mommy, but because of sacrifice, we now have a life we coudl only have dreamed of. Thank you, FreeLife, for giving us an amazing opportunity that we can share around the world."
