How many times have you seen RENT? Thrice. Once in Chicago, once in Madison, and once in NYC. But that doesn't include Chicago again.
How many times have you rushed? I did lotto in NYC. There's a looooong story about why I've never been able to rush for RENT and they all relate to my Asian mother. I won't bore your tails off yet.
Fave color: Blueblueblue (my fondness for blue is all Jake Manabat's fault. Grr.)
Fave food: Anything that's not healthy for me, but vegetarian and non-pungent (I is also Buddhist).
Fave book: Oh, so many...um. Right off the top of my head, probably "The Dubliners" (James Joyce), "I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings" (Maya Angelou), "The Bluest Eye" (Tony Morrison), "Things Fall Apart" (Chinua Acheve) and those Harry Potter books (J.K. Rowling). I've a secret desire to be a big, black women with soul. Hee.
Fave movie: Oh man, this is gonna take forever. Fight Club; Keeping the Faith (All about Edward Norton); any Kevin Matthews movie; The Matrix (I'm all over Trinity's wardrobe and Morpheus' jacket); Enter the Dragon (yum. Bruce Lee.); Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (Have a thing for the martial arts); Kundun; Goodfellas a thing for Scorcese cinematography, can ya tell?); Mulan; American Beauty; Hackers (My bf's a hacker... hee... and I love Angelina Jolie); the list goes on and on, as you can tell. (Damn. Ramble much?)
Fave animal: Butterfly. And flying monkeys.
How much do you love Matt? Almost as much as I love Jim Poulos. And that's a lot of lovin' for one man.
Why do you love Matt as much as you do? I seem to be one of those few (female) individuals who doesn't find Matt to be "a hottie". But. I find his acting & musical skills to be excellent and his backstage personality to be even nicer. He is a true, true gentleman and a total goof ;) It's a beautiful combination of opposites.

Fave line from RENT: It changes all the time but... "Because reason says I should have died three years ago." Chills. Oh, and "But I'm over her." I always listen for that. It amuses me. I'm easily amused.
Fave character from RENT: Angel. Hands down. She kicks my ass.
If you could be one person in RENT, who would it be? Angel. But since I can't jump onto tables in heels, then a swing just so I could play many parts. I'd preferably be Alexi. You know. I like the fuzzy bra.
Fave actor/actress who's been in RENT: Oh geez, this is terrible. My absolute FAVORITE is Simone and Manley Pope. (Long live the Angel Cast.) Also, I'm in fond adoration of the following: Jake Manabat, Enrico Rodriguez, Peter Matthew Smith, Matt Caplan (duh), Joshua Kobak, Kamiliah Martin, Erin Keaney, Jim Poulos, Norbert Leo Butz, OBC (duh), and that's enough lovin' from me for now.
