Traditional Three Sisters Soup

The three sisters of native tradition are Corn, Beans and Squash.

Take a can (or two) of each corn, kidney or pinto beans, and diced orange squash of the season.

Simmer in a pot with vegetable or chicken stock, about one to two quarts. Slowly heat until al ingredients are tender.

Season with favorite herbs.
