I have been thinking about the idea of the Province Reps. At this point and time I think it is better if we simply have two way links.
List or Peers to Hub
Hub to List or Peers

instead of a 3 way link
Hub to Province to List or Peers
Peers or List to Province to Hub.

I hope all of you will be reps in the sense of spreading the word about the Peer Network everywhere you go so we can get more cities and Peers involved.

P.S. I am not done updating. Still working on the e-mails I received. P.P.S. Please have a look at Montreal & Toronto. These cities I believe would be better having multiple lists because of their population and how hard it is to travel the city from end to end.
