Fame Spell
Adapted from Eileen Holland's 'A Wicca Handbook'.
Get 9 small cups, glasses or bowls. Line them up on your working surface.
Write the name of each of the gods TEMU, SHU, TEFNUT, SEB, NUT, OSIRIS,
HORUS, RA, UATCHET. Papyrus, and even better, a small picture/model will
make this more effective.
Place the names into the bowls, in that order.
Raise the powers and cast a circle. Recite the spell, along with
adding an offering such as bread, ale, flowers, and wine into each bowl.
Oh Great Company of the gods, grant that (name)
may florish, even as the name of Temu, the cheif of the nine Gods, doth flourish
If the name of Shu, the lord of the upper shrine, doth flourish,
then (name) shall flourish!
If the name of Tefnut, The Lady of the lower shrine
flourisheth, the name of (name) shall be established to all eternity!
If the name of Seb flourisheth, then the name of (name)
Shall flourish unto all eternity!
If the name of Nut flourisheth, the name of (name)
shall flourish unto all eternity!
If the name of Osiris flourisheth in the nome of Abydon,
then the name of (name) shall flourish unto all eternity!
If the name of Horus flourisheth, then the name of (name)
Shall flourish unto all eternity.
If the name of Ra flourisheth in the horizon,
then the name of (name) Shall flourish unto all eternity.
If the name of Uatchet flourisheth, then the name of
(name) shall flourish,
and his/her work shall flourish
and what s/he builds shall flourish unto all eternity!
