  4. Erika Keutmann brought up Summer Camp, she requested that the CDC look into providing camp for children even after the start of the West Point School year. An Interest Survey will be developed for next year. Space availability and programming would have to be addressed first.
  5. Building 693 - Don Hulst stated that the current schedule shows that it will complete in December 2006 and operational in January 2007. Also new community fields at H lot will be ready in the spring.
  6. Open House - Scheduled for October 19th, 2006 from 6pm to 7pm. Come share dinner with caregivers, children and parents.

    2. Part day program – 5 credits get 10% off one child’s fee for the month
    3. Hourly program – 3 credits get 1 hour free
    4. Credits are earned by doing things for the classroom, making playdough, clean up of grounds, attending PAG meetings, etc.  Discuss with room providers for more specific needs.
  8. Fall Clean Up - help clean up the playground and outside of CDC and earn credits (see above).
  9. Rules for Code Red were discussed. Essential personnel only permitted care during a code red event - must have letter to the center. Letters went out and are currently past due.
  10. December 18, 2006 and June 15, 2007 are the new training dates all CDC and SAS programs are closed that day for training. These dates were routed thru the Dean's office for concurrence. FCC program may have limited availability. Training days are scheduled for different proponents to come in and given group training to staff.
  11. Food introduction in the Infants room was discussed. CDC food is introduced after 10 months and after the particular food has already been given at home.
  12. Emergency Contact information was discussed. Any informal list filled out in rooms does not necessarily get into the official file. Updates should go thru Tara (who has the official files). Procedure is that the current number on the daily sheet is first and then the emergency contact list in the main office.
  13. Next meeting November 9, 2006 at 1200 hours in the CDC.
