PAG Meeting Minutes

9 November 2006

 Attendees: Jen Butkus, Kay Roche, Erika Keutmann, Don Hulst, Chrissy Adkins, Julie Vanderberg,  Tatiana Jackson, Ronna Trent,  Lynda Gerhalt, Megan Calero, Naomi Stankow-Mercer, Joseph Pascarelli,  Stacey Cooper-Porter, Kim Tague and Mary Kenny.

Jen Butkus introduced herself, she can be reached at 938-6793.

 

Thanksgiving Luncheon to be held on 15th of November from 11am to noon.

 

Card swiping for in/out needs to be done.  It shows facility usage.  If you don’t have a card please see Tara .

 

Toddler rooms will be start brushing their teeth after lunch.

 

New Item- Booties for the infant rooms.  Parents dropping off their children in infant rooms will be asked to booties over their shoes.  This is being done to help keep the floors clean for the infants to crawl on.

 

Mission Essential Care – 40 children are currently registered for care during code red.  Care may not be immediately available due to weather restrictions – staff may have a longer time to travel in.  Please be patient or come in a little later on inclement weather days.  This will give the staff more time to arrive.

 

Reminder December 18, 2006 and June 15, 2007 are the new training dates all CDC and SAS programs are closed that day for training.  These dates were routed thru the Dean’s office for concurrence.  FCC program may have limited availability.  Training days are scheduled for different proponents to come in and given group training to staff.

 

Bldg 693 Update – 1st week of January is the tentative opening for the SAS program.

 

Next meeting December 14, 2006 at 1200 hours in the CDC.
