PAG Meeting Minutes

Attendees: 

Kay Roche, Kim Tague, Jennifer Butkus, Tatiana Jackson, Don Hulst, Kelly Redden, Inza Downing  

Old Business:  

Summer Camp applications close tomorrow.  Notifications will be made by the end of the month.  Need to pay in April.

 

New Business:

Staff Development Day is 16 June.  Babysitting may be available for a cost through FCC or the teenage babysitting list.

Hours have been extended from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm for a fee.  Need to sign up for the month.  This will be on a trial basis.

A new nurse has been hired to work mornings.

The Month of the Military Child Picnic is on 4/29 from 11-2 and is $4 pp not to exceed $15 per family.   Lunch is available and many activities.  Tickets will be available from 4/1 - 4/28.

4/19 is the Arbor Day celebration.

4/20 is spring cleanup - parents are encouraged to volunteer.

4/21 is the earth day celebration at the recycling center

5/12 is the caregiver appreciation luncheon

Please provide ideas for the summer menu to the center.

Part Day Preschool applications are the week of 4/24.  Please contact Tara.

Next meeting is 12 April at 1200.
