OLD BUSINESS
1. Painting completed.
2. A half page feedback sheet will be generated and put into the toddler rooms. Parents should schedule a consultation with their caregiver to identify mutual expectations.
3. Spring clean up is April 13th from 1130 - 1300. Rain date is April 20th. The boy scouts are expected to perform a clean up prior to this event.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Need to make sure that no debris is left on the playground.

There will be a 4H horse club at Morgan Farm for children 8 years old and older with prior riding experience. | |

The Start Smart program is for 3-5 year olds. It is a sports program similar to Mommy and Me. It focuses on different sports with different developmental goals. March 10 - May 19th. Thurs 10-10:45 and 12:30-1:15. Flyers are at B500. |

Month of the Military Child luncheon is April 30th. Tickets go on sale April 1st at B1207 , B500 and ITR. | |

Summer camp is filling up fast. One more week for applications. Parents will be notified on 3/18 and need to pay by 4/15. |
4. Bad weather - thanks to the early parents who help out during snow storms. The community support is great. Thanks also to the directors who sleep over the night before a storm to ensure that the center opens on time.

Gutters will be repaired in the spring. | |

New ceiling tiles were put up over president's day weekend. |
6. Volunteer recognition ceremony is 4/12. CYS has approximately 150 - 160 volunteers.
7. NAEYC paperwork will be sent to NER next week. It will be mailed out by the end of the month. SAS has already been mailed out.
8. Next meeting is 14 April 2005 at 1200 in B1207.
