  1. PAG officers for next year

 

 

PAG Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Kay Roche, Jen Butkus, Gene Wright, Erika Keutmann, Don Hulst, Mary King, Laja Johnson, and Jodi Filippone,.

Old Business:

 

17 June 2005 – Staff Development day. – All CDC and SAS facilities will be closed.

 

New Business:

 

Summer camp starts 13 June 2005   - No Scan cards will be issued.

 

 New Room was opened up for the Kindergarteners for camp.

 

693 status-  The building is still scheduled to open next summer.  This will provide additional space to both the CDC and SAS.

 

Side note Subway will be opening 16 June 2005 by the Fitness Center (next to cemetery).

 

DHPW came out and fixed up playground (sand, mulch, etc.)  A work order is in for new outside drinking water fountains.

 

Next PAG – tentatively 13 October 2005 - no meeting in September since children will have been in new classrooms for only one day at time of meeting.  Last years PAG officers will remain on. A notice will be put out to parents for new room representatives in September after room changes are made.
