PAG Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Jen Butkus, Don Hulst, Evergene Wright, Mary Kenny, Jodi Filippone Cabrera, Inza Downing, Tatiana Jackson, Kelly Redden, and Kim Tague.

  

Old Business:

 

None.

 

New Business:

Hourly is being extended to 1700 effective 23 Jan.  The number of children allowed will be based on the ratio for one caregiver.  Example, if an infant needs care, only 4 children will be allowed.

EPA's Integrated Pest Management Star Certification presentation will be 14 February.

Art exhibit for YS at B500 will be tonight.  Winners have had their artwork displayed all over the country.

Summer Camp:

6 - 17 Feb:  applications will be taken for current patrons.

6 - 17 Mar:  applications will be taken for everyone else.

29 Apr is the Month of the Military Child Luncheon.

The SAS accreditation audit occurred 14 -15 Dec.  No findings.  Should hear soon.

Please mark all children's belongings.

Next meeting February 16, 2006 at 1200 hours in the CDC.
