PAG Meeting Minutes

9 December 2004

Attendees: Kay Roche, Erika Keutmann, Julie Young, Tatianna Jackson, Laja Johnson, Melissa Morris, Molly Montoya, Kathleen Ahearn, Martha Fountain

 

  1. Kay opened the meeting welcoming Julie Young from part-day program.  Kay reiterated that the fee is waived for part-day participants for the hour of the PAG meeting.
  2. Open ended survey was discussed.  Several of the parent comments dealt with communication between parents and the caregivers.  This is an area that needs to be addressed.  Kay asked PAG reps to help in providing assistance to get parent to fill out formal surveys. The goal is that every parent participates by filling out a survey. The survey results needs to be sent out by 31 March 2005 .
  3. There will be a schedule in classroom for planned child absences.  By filling out sheet the staff will be able to gauge required staffing needs during the holidays.
  4. On Dec 15th the band will perform for the children at the CDC.
  5. 13 January 2005 is the next PAG meeting at noon in the CDC.
