PAG Meeting Minutes
Attendees: Jen Butkus, Evergene Wright, Erika Keutmann, Mary Kenny, Jodi Filippone Cabrera, Inza Downing, Greta Bucher, Tatiana Jackson, Kelly Redden, and Kim Tague.

| Jen and Gene discussed the procedures for picking up sick children. Parents need to be reached in order to be able to pick up their children within the 30 minute limit. Parents should have a plan as to how they can be reached. If out of the office, have co-workers know how you can be reached. |
| Gifts to caregivers must abide by ethics rule less than $20 at one and less than $50 for the year. The goody bags policy is that they are sent home with the child for the parent to distribute. |

| Rules for Code Red were discussed. Essential personnel only permitted care during a code red event - must have letter to the center. Essential personnel list is posted on the front door. |
| Kim Tague discussed the results of the needs survey. Survey dealt with levels of satisfaction for quality of services, quality of staff, availability, cost, and hours of operation. The operation hour responses will need to be looked at prior to any changes are made. |
