PAG Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Jen Butkus, Greta Bucher, Don Hulst, Kim Tague, Mary Kenny, Kelly Redden, Laja Johnson

Old Business:  

The menu is on the website.  Please provide comments by next Friday.

4/19 is the Arbor Day celebration at 1500 at the CDC.

4/20 is spring cleanup - parents are encouraged to volunteer.

4/20 is the parents open house to celebrate the month of the military child (6-7 pm)

4/21 is the earth day celebration at the recycling center

4/29: The Month of the Military Child Picnic from 11-2 and is $4 pp not to exceed $15 per family.   Lunch is available and many activities.  Tickets will be available from 4/1 - 4/28.

5/12 is the caregiver appreciation luncheon

Part Day Preschool applications are 4/24 - 4/28.  Please contact Tara.

 

New Business:

Please pay on time so you do not incur late fees.
The summer hires will be starting soon so expect to see some new faces.
Camp deposit is due on 28 April

 

Next meeting is 11 May at 1200.
