1.  152/154, the gross motor room will be converted o/a Feb 8 to classrooms for infants and pretoddlers

2.  The plan is to convert B1207A to a gross motor room.  The conversion will cost approx $75K

3.  A new building is planned which will house part day preschool and kindergarteners.  23 Jan the charrette will be held.  One of the plans is to potentially tear down Dunover Courts

4.  No fee increase this year.

5.  Summer camp will be tighter this year.  Only 68 children.  Military will take priority, then civilians who have used the program before, and then new patrons.
