Our Menu Selection

The traditional Spanish Paella have chicken, chorizo, sausage and a variety of
seafood items like shrimp, calamari, mussels, clams, scallops, crab, fish.
Also vegetables like garlic, onions, tomatoes, olives, garbanzos, green peppers,
sweet red peppers, green peas, artichokes, etc.

The Paella is best cooked outdoors in front of your guests and it offers a
wonderful presentation for your Paella Party.


PAELLA CAMPESINA # 1

This paella has chicken, garbanzos and rice. Cost is $10.00 per person

PAELLA CAMPESINA # 2

This paella has chicken, pork or sausage, garbanzos and rice. Cost is $11.00 pp

PAELLA CAMPESINA # 3

This paella has chicken, pork, sausage, garbanzos and rice. Cost is $12.50 pp


PAELLA VALENCIANA # 1

A seafood paella with chicken and shrimp. Cost is $14.00 pp

PAELLA VALENCIANA # 2

A seafood paella with chicken, shrimp, calamari and mussels. Cost is $15.00 pp

PAELLA DEL MAR
A seafood only paella with shrimp, calamari, mussels and clams or scallops.
Cost is $17.00 per person.

All prices include a salad of mixed greens and fresh bread.

We will cook it and serve it buffet style. One chef is provided with the cost of the food. We may
need to add one or more chef assistants not included in the cost of food depending on the size
of the party or complexity of the order. For less than 10 people, the minimum charges will apply.
