26 year old John Wayne Marshall is on the run with 14 year old Kirsty Blakey.
He picked her up from her Lincoln home in October. Marshall drove her 280 miles to Torqay, Devon.
Police stopped the pair but amazingly let Marshall go free and put Kirsty in Foster Care while contacting her parents. Two hours later Marshall drove the the Foster Home and picked Kirsty up and vanished with her.
Kirsty told her Mother they were just good friends but they think there is more to it.
