Marital Status: Virgin. Not nessesarily single.
Looks: Small, thin bones, like the other Chaille's, but with dark hair painted red, and dark brown eyes. Wears a black bra strap, her underwear and a variety of sheer cloth gowns, ranging in shape, size and color. Hot to touch. Radiates heat, naturally.

Personality: Wild fire. She hasn't got a care in the world, and even if she did, she wouldn't pay much attention to it. She's a bit of a tease, though she has an iron rule about no sex before marrige.
Fighting Skills: Very little, having never been all that interested, but isn't a weakling in any light.

History: Born to a poor farmer, a family who then called themselves the Monroe's. When she was eight Prue's fire magic set an entire feild alight. Poor, and suspected by neighbours as being mages, they moved to the capital, changed their name to MacTavish, and bought the World's End Tavern, locking Prue upstairs and claiming they had only one daughter. Several years later, during the winter, Jessica MacTavish caught cold and died, Josef following soon after. Tzar, the only member of the family possessing no magic, joined the military, leaving the Tavern in control of Prue and Dru.
