Joan of Arcadia is the best new TV show this season. It's about a teenager, Joan, who is visited by God. Her family includes her father, who is currenly a detective, her mother, who works for the high school, her older brother Kevin, who is a parapalegic and works for a newspaper, and her younger brother Luke, who has a very high intelligence. Each week Joan is given an assignment from God. When she first receives the assignments, their purpose is never clear. However, by the end of the episode, she realizes that her small act can affect many different people. This is a heartwarming show that has gotten better each week. Check it out on Fridays @ 8 PM. |
