- It happened during "Lifeline", season 6. It's known as the "kiss on the Admiral's porch." It was the moment when Harm and Mac realized how much they cared for each other. The whole episode is amazing, but that kiss was the climax.
- Adrift was the cliffhanger of season 6. The moment was when Mac was at the window by herself at the very end and Mic tries to console her. When Mic turns her around to see her, she's literally weeping because Harm is lost. I told you I'm a shipper!!! But it was one of the most heart-wrenching sad scenes of the whole series, because most importantly it was her crying over a friend.
- There's two scenes that are tied for my third favorite, and the first one is Mac telling Harm that he's been driven by emotions. Harm then comes back and says "You've come with me farther than anyone I know. I won't forget that."
The second scene was at the end of the two-parter when Harm finally has closure with his father. Very well done!
I'm combining these two moments because they go somewhat together. In "Yeah, Baby", the famous "Baby Deal" is made, and H/M promise to have a child together in five years if neither is in a relationship. Then, and episode later, in "Goodbyes", Harm leaves JAG and the end scene between Harm and Mac is sad because neither know the words to express to their best friend.
In "Impact" Mac is leaving JAG to work at a lawfirm. It's one of the more sad episodes of the series. The best scene I like, however, is at the very end when she's about to leave and says goodbye to Harm. Harm notices the car of Mac's boyfriend and comments how nice it looks. But Mac responds back, "But it's no Tomcat."
