PACT Filter Presses are designed in accordance to DIN standard 7129. Materials for construction are source from quality assured suppliers. PACT guarantees all materials of construction to be as specified. Material certification can be supplied if necessary.

Cloth Types
The filter cloth type plays a very important role in the performance of the filter. Working with Filtex filter cloth PACT can provide more than 100 different types of filter cloth. Using experience and where necessary actual laboratory scale tests PACT can select the correct cloth for you filter application.

Plate types
The quality of the filter plates greatly influences the life of the plates and the amount of leakage that will occur at the plate edges. PACT uses plate suppliers who manufacturer using the highest standards available. PACT also has in-house capabilities to manufacture filter plate of various materials such as Silimon (Aluminum alloy like material) or cast steel.

The following is the range of plate sizes available from PACT:
(1) 250 x 250 mm (2) 500 x 500 mm (3) 630 x 630 mm (4) 800 x 800 mm (5) 1000 x 1000 mm (6) 1200 x 1200 (7) 1500 x 1500.

Filter Press Types
PACT manufactures the following types of filter presses:
  • Membrane Filter Press
  • Chamber Filter Press
  • Plate &frame filter press
