PACSO is

a non- profit organization registered in the Province of Ontario without any political or religious affiliation, with the main aim of promoting the bond of friendship and amity amongst the Persian speaking members of Ottawa community through organizing cultural and social activities and to promote the recognition of the rich cultural heritage of Persia to non Persian members of Ottawa society through similar activities.

به منظور گسترش همبستگی میان جامعه ایرانیان و ایراندوستان ساکن شهر آتاوا وحومه و نیز توسعه آن بخش ازفرهنگ ایرانی که موجبات رشد و تعالی جامعه ایرانی را فراهم می نماید، کانون فرهنگی - هنری ایرانیان آتاوا در جهت تحقق این اهداف و هماهنگی بیشترمیان ایرانیان صرفنظر از تفاوت های قومی، زبانی، فرهنگی، نژادی ، مذهبی و سیاسی کوشش می نماید، طبیعی است که این کوشش با توجه به قوانین کانادا و در جهت استفاده از ظرفیتهای موجود خواهد بود
