| Material distribution timetable- Media relations : press release should go out Monday mornings for the 3 weeks prior to the concert to all PACO media contacts and news desks at all Peninsula publications, as well as NBC11. Check for the publication cycle and deadlines. For weekly or daily publications, we need to send out material at least 3 weeks in a row. For the Media contact via mail, please follow Mail merge instrucation in the Misc. section for the instruction to generate the mailing labels. School Newsletter: often need 6 weeks notice. Mostly only blurb is needed. Include student names in the blurb for each school. School information for PACO musicians can be found in the PACO member website (sorting by School). For weekly or daily publications, we need to send out material at least 3 weeks in a row. Senior Centers: 3 weeks prior to each concert including delivering tickets for PACO concerts.
