Tiger Cubs are organized into the Tiger Cubs dens which usally consist of five to eight boys and their adult partners, The tiger cubs come together for an activity built around the "big ideas" that have been selected by the den. One of the boy/adult team hosts. Leadership of the den meetings is shared among the adult partners with the guidance from the Tiger Cub Coach. The Tiger Cub den also attends the monthly Cub Scout pack meetings
At the end of the school year, Tiger Cubs graduate and become part of a Cub Scout den. The next rank he will work on is the BOBCAT.
