From Chuck Horner, commander of all air forces during the gulf war, and Tom Clancy.  It is an in depth synopsis of the power and versatility of airborne forces in determining the victory of the Gulf War.  Everyone aspiring to lead combined forces in any situation should read this very worthwhile book.

Undaunted Courage
This is the wonderfully told epic of the discovery of the American West by Meriwether Lewis and William Clark.  Two leaders who shared command of the single most trying expedition in the history of the American West are shown through wonderfully descriptive language in this book by Stephen Ambrose.

God's Children
God's Children
Not a religious novel. God's Children takes the reader onto the high-tech field of modern warfare in an imaginary conflict similar to Kosovo.  It depicts the  actions of two different types of leaders and how their manner serves them.  I can not say enough good things about it.  It is excellent and useful.
