| Packard Estates Beautification Committee |
| This new committee was formed during the Quarterly Board meeting held July 14, 2005. It has always been a challenge for a neighborhood to portray to a landscaping company exactly what is desired in the way of landscape maintenance and enhancements. The Beautification Committee will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with the landscape company, assisting them in locating and rectifying areas of neglect, managing a separate budget for purposes of beautification, utilizing volunteer labor where and whenever possible, representing all homeowners, managing landscape improvements that overall enhance the quality of life within the Packard Estates subdivision, and act as the main focal point between the landscape company and the Board of Directors. |
| The Beautification Committee Chairperson is Jaclyn Kaltenecker, 887-7654. Jaclyn is requesting any and all volunteers that are concerned with making our subdivision more attractive and a better place to live, to please contact her with either suggestions for improvement or to volunteer your time. |
