Swim Meet Directions

  Highland Lakes

Route 23 North to Cannistear Road (approx 16 miles).  Take Cannistear Road to end -- approx 8 miles.  Make left onto Breakneck Road, up hill and entrance to swim area is on left.

Fayson Lakes

Route 23 North to light at Boonton Avenue, Rte 511.  Go through the light and take the jughandle and come back on Route 23 South and make a right onto Boonton Avenue.  Go approx 1.5 miles and turn right onto Fayson Lakes Road (by Weichert).  In about a half mile, make right onto Clubhouse Trail, 2 blocks to park.

Erskine Lakes

Take Hamburg Turnpike, make right onto Ringwood Avenue all the way to a right on Skyline Drive.  Make first left onto Erskine Road.  Make right onto Lakeview Ave, make a right at the 7th block (Upper Lakeview Ave)  Go one block and left into parking lot or park on the street.

Pequannock

Route 23 North to Alexander Avenue jughandle, cross over Route 23 and go 1/4 mile to first right after warehouse. PV Park swim lanes on right.  

Take Route 287 South to Myrtle Avenue exit in Booton.  At bottom of Ramp, make a left onto Myrtle Avenue.  At third traffic light, make a right onto Main Street in Boonton.  Proceed straight through business district.  After leaving town the road takes a sharp left and turns into West Main Street.  At Texaco station, bear to the left, West Main Street becomes the Boulevard.  Follow the Boulevard for a couple of miles.  At the first light, make a right onto North Pocono Road.  Make a second right onto West Shore Road and follow straight to swim lanes.

Lake Mohawk's Cruiser Club

Take I-80 West to Exit 34B Sparta (Route 15 North).  Proceed North on Route 15 for about 8.8 miles to Sparta-Lake Mohawk exit.  Exit Route 15 and follow circle all the way around to the right to Route 181 North.  Proceed North about 2 miles through Sparta.  Watch for "Lake Mohawk" sign and veer to the left.  Make a left turn onto East Shore Trail.  Follow for about 3 miles around the lake.  Look for Tennis court and pool off to your right.  Turn right into parking area.  The meet is held in the pool.

Lincoln Park

Take Packanack Lake Rd.  Cross over Route 23 and make a right onto Newark Pompton Tpke.  Bear to the left just before Rita's Italian Ice onto Oak Ave. Then make first left onto Lincoln Park Rd.  At end of road veer left onto Ryerson Rd.  The lake is 1/2 mile on the left.

Wayne Waves

From Ratzer Rd make a right onto Alps Rd.  Take Alps Rd about 2.2 miles to Maple Ave.  Take a left onto Maple Ave.  Maple Ave becomes Parish Drive.  Keep veering to the right to stay on Parish Dr.  In about .6 miles make a sharp left onto PAL Drive.  If you reach the light at Mt. View  you have gone too far.  Follow PAL drive past the First Aid squad, PAL building, and baseball fields.  Turn right at the North Cove Park sign just past the fields.  North Cove Park swim lanes are on the left..  

Smoke Rise

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION FOR 2009 LSC A CHAMPIONSHIP MEET

Parking for swimmer families and swimmers will be located at the Kinnelon High School parking lot complex located at 121 Kinnelon Road, Kinnelon, NJ (see directions below).  Buses will transport all swimmers, their guests and equipment to the Smoke Rise Beach.

Please note that there is NO swimmer or equipment drop off.  All swimmers and their families must park at the high school parking lot and take the bus to the Smoke Rise Beach.  There will be parking attendants located at the high school parking lot for assistance.  There will be several large school buses on a constantly circulating route to provide adequate transportation to the beach.  Coaches, please inform your swimmer families, and ask them to please plan their morning accordingly, allowing extra travel time.  Buses will start running at 7AM.  Warm- ups are at 8AM.

From Route 23 traveling North:

Take Route 23 North to the exit for Kinnelon Road (jughandle).  Make a left at the light on the off ramp.  Proceed through the next traffic light (cross over Route 23).  Proceed 1.1 mile to Kinnelon High School on left.  Parking attendants will be on hand to assist with parking.  Buses will transport swimmers and their families to Lake Kinnelon in Smoke Rise (7 minute ride from parking lot to beach).
