• Location for Tiger Day not known but currently scheduled for Sep 6 from 8 AM - 12 Noon.
• Pack 1680 interested in running a snow cone booth.
• All packs need to register with the Tomahawk District.
• Kent Nutt to coordinate event on behalf of the pack.

• Preference for church gymnasium expressed.
• Only one set of church keys available to the pack. Need to coordinate for various functions.
• Still collecting food for Helping Hands and magazines for Richmond State School.
• Vince Mezzano is collecting soda can tabs.
• Agreed to create a schedule where dens/patrols would perform skits, sing songs, handle opening/closing flag ceremony, arrange refreshments and setup room for the meeting.

• Scheduled for Sep 21 at 3 PM at the Pecan Grove Fire Station.
• Tigers to receive boats on Aug 25 (school rally night).
• Other cub scouts to receive boats on Sep 2.
• Alan Evans and Tom Cox to coordinate water bottle rocket launchers as alternate activities for the cub scouts.
• Janet Wamsley to coordinate the "spin game" as another activity.

• Much discussion on how to coordinate events and which events are considered a major event.
• Agreed to assign major events to a rank level. Assigned rank to assume accountability for the event and coordinate people from other ranks to help with the event.

• 5 Miles My Way on July 4
• Tentative date set for July 17
• Potential options: bowling, Astros

• Scheduled for August 7
• Agreed upon a community service activity followed by a pool party

• Pack T-shirt design provided to Chuck Littlepage for review, pricing and preparation
• Agreed to follow up with Chuck on screen print preparation and sample T-shirt
