| Pinewood Derby (Reece Nagai, Sara McAllister, Tom Cox) |
- Roland requested approval to send out Thank You messages to the
various people outside of the pack that volunteered their time
(judges, starter, photographer, etc.) - Approval granted
- Minor damage occurred to a Ping Pong paddle and some Ping Pong
balls during the Derby. Sara bought replacement equipment the next
day. It was noted that the Ping Pong equipment is not usually
accessible during cub scout events at the Church. It was recommended
that someone be assigned to monitor the Church sports equipment for
next year's Derby.

| Blue & Gold (Reece & Rhonda Nagai) |
- Scheduled for Saturday, Feb 15 at 4:30
- Cub scout rank awards will start at 4:30 in the Sanctuary,
followed by the dinner in the gymnasium about 5:30
- All dens to provide three (3) people for setup at 1 PM on the 15th
in the gymnasium
- Cubs scouts and Dads to make a dessert and bring it to the banquet
- Second year Webelos will be putting on a skit
- Slideshow will include various photos from the dens
- Den Leader awards will also be handed out
- Den Leaders also to perform their infamous skit following the
dinner

- Chris & Tara Adams have agreed to coordinate the tickets
- Feb 12 is ticket pickup date
- Scout Fair is on Saturday, April 26
- Games from previous years are stored either in the storage shed
behind the scout hut or in cub scout garage

- Saturday, March 29 at Baumgartner's Pond
- Cub scout families can set up their tents beginning early in the
afternoon on the 29th
- Dinner and breakfast to be coordinated by first year Webelos
- Recommendation to look into renting a Porta-Potty due to the
increase n the # of cub scouts
- Car pools are being arranged for boy scouts helping with the AOL
(Sara, Darla, Vince and Reece volunteered so far)
- Recommendation to advertise that no alcohol allowed at any cub
scout events

- 29 new nominees for a rattle award
- Than has most of the rattler awards already made but also
purchasing additional supplies to complete remaining awards
- Will be handed out at the Blue & Gold Banquet

- A lot of interest in having a new T-shirt for the cubs scouts and
families
- Tom and Chuck Littlepage will coordinate
- Organize a design contest within the Pack for a new T-shirt print
(will be announced at the Blue & Gold Banquet)
- Sara suggested a multi-color T-shirt
