- Cookies and water will be provided to the cubs scouts and families
(Webelos Patrol Dens will help to coordinate handing out the cookies
from the kitchen area of the church)

| Christmas Adopt-A-Family (Tom Cox) |
- Pack agreed to buy gifts for the children (aged 1-13) at the
Robert C. Tate Center but not stage a party at the Center
- Recommend buying "non-violent" gifts (like guns) for the
children and in the $10-15 range
- Each was assigned an age group to buy a gift for (refer to
specific Pack 1680 web page for this event)
- Cub scout families to bring the gifts (unwrapped) to the
Dec 13 Pack meeting
- Pack 1680 web site will be updated with information for this event
- Den leaders to also distribute information via E-mail and Den
meetings due to limited amount of time available before Christmas

- Scheduled for Saturday, Feb 15
- Need each den to nominate a representative to help with the event
and advise Rhonda Nagai of this person

| Pinewood Derby (Roland Garza) |
- January 18 initially scheduled for this event but may be a
scheduling conflict with other events like basketball and a church
conference
- Other weekend dates and Friday nights are possible alternatives
- Using the church sanctuary also a possibility
- Reece Nagai working with the church on securing a date for the
event
- Roland Garza is scheduling a planning meeting during the week of
Dec 9
